Leaving on a jet plane

Immersion in our client’s business is absolutely essential and only real face to face meetings will do. Our client Shorelight is based in Boston, Massachusetts, so we hopped on a plane to begin work on several key elements of their brand collateral.

Shorelight promotes top flight US universities to top-of-the-class students all over the world, and that’s big business. We spent three days in back-to-back meetings with each team handling each step of their consumer journey. Creating a story around a brand with a myriad of stakeholders in countries all across the globe takes some serious thinking – so many perspectives to accommodate – and that takes some serious listening.

Managed to find some time to enjoy New England’s hospitality nevertheless. Worth trying the lobster rolls if you get the chance…
